Injured Jockey Update - Rebeka Prest (Wagga, Monday)

Apprentice jockey Rebeka Prest was dislodged from her mount, Tribal Myth, at the 200 metres in Race 3 at Wagga on Monday, 24th December 2018.

Rebeka is suffering pain to her shoulder, leg and ribs and was taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

Update at 9:30pm on Friday, 24th December: Racing NSW's Dr. Duckworth reports that Rebeka has been discharged from hospital and had x-rays that are clear in regards to her wrist and shoulder.

Rebecca needs more scans in the next few days to clear her of any other injuries.
