Injured Jockey Update - Mathew Cahill (Wellington)

Jockey Mathew Cahill sustained a hand injury in a race fall at Wellington on Thursday (7th June) when dislodged from Jetgirl at around the 200m mark. Mathew's hand was swollen and he will be getting x-rays on it today (Friday 8th June).

[Update on Tuesday, 12th June 2018]: Mathew underwent minor surgery on his hand on Saturday night and will be out for approximately six weeks.
