Injured Jockey Update - Andrew Banks (Gilgandra, Tuesday)
Jockey Andrew Banks was dislodged on Sipharderson soon after the winning post in race 4 at Gilgandra on New Year's Day.
Andrew was kept in Gilgandra Hospital for a couple of hours before being discharged with bruising to his ribs and shoulder.
After further assessment, Racing NSW's Dr Duckworth has reported that Andrew has soft tissue injuries only.
