Gunnedah Races (Fri) - Transferred To Tamworth

Racing NSW Stewards have inspected Gunnedah Racetrack (which was a Heavy 10) following a further 5mls of rainfall overnight and deemed the track unsuitable for racing.

As a result the scheduled meeting on Friday 16th August has been transferred to TAMWORTH RACECOURSE.

The Tamworth track is currently rated a Heavy 10 and is suitable for racing with the rail position out 3m from the 1200m-300m, and True the remainder.

As a consequence, the following race distance and barrier limit amendments apply:

Benchmark 66 Hcp, 2150m - is now 2100m
Maiden Plate, 1250m - is now 1200m with 12 starters
Class 2 Hcp, 1250m - is now 1200m with 12 starters
