Gundagai Track Update - Racing Friday & Saturday

Racing NSW Stewards inspected Gundagai Racecourse on Sunday (6th November) after recent floods had impacted the track.

As a consequence, the following amendments apply:

The inside running rail has been moved out 5m from the 1400m to 1100m but this will not impact field sizes.

The start of the 1400m races will now take place on the course proper due to the chute being unsuitable from flood water damage.

Stewards have concerns with areas mainly from the 1800m to 1500m, however, favourable conditions are expected in the coming days. They will continue to monitor those areas daily and advise on any significant updates.
