Employment Opportunity - Chief Executive Officer (Manning Valley Race Club)

Manning Valley Race Club is situated at the heart of the pristine Barrington Coast in Taree, with beaches, rivers and national parks surrounding all the villages and towns that make up this unique area.

Manning Valley Race Club is a premier country club in NSW, hosting 22 race meetings per year including 3 years running of Country Championships, and over 7 cup meetings per year. The club is currently designing a master plan that would see the club at the forefront of country racing.

Manning Valley Race Club is seeking to appoint a leader to help develop and grow the club in line with the strategic direction and values of the board and membership and continue the strong reputation the club has within the racing industry.

The Role
The CEO will report to the board of directors and will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction passed down from the board. This will include the effective administration of the business, overseeing all racing and training activities, events and functions, staff management, sponsorship and community engagement and stakeholder expectations.
