Dubbo Turf Club is on the look-out for a motivated person to join our award-winning and high-performing Club in an Operational Support, Accounts & Administration role.
Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position will provide operational support to the Club’s management team, while overseeing the day-to-day accounts and administration functions.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing operational support to the Club’s Management Team
• Day-to-day administrative and accounts functions, including:
o Accounts payable and receivable, payroll, journals, IAS, BAS, ASIC and reconciliations.
o Audit, treasury and budget reporting and development
o Industry relations - Trainers, Owners, Members, Partners
o Race Meeting preparation, execution and reconciliation
o Event planning, preparation and execution
o WHS compliance and reporting
