Racing NSW Stewards inspected Coffs Harbour Racetrack and deemed it unsuitable for racing following 80mls of rainfall over the past 48 hours.
Consequently, Thursday's scheduled race meeting has been transferred to Grafton which is currently rated a Heavy 9.
