Cable Express - Withdrawn From Country Championships Final
Trainer Danielle Seib has advised Racing NSW Stewards that CABLE EXPRESS, placed 2nd in the SERA Qualifying Heat of the Country Championships, has sustained an injury to its left front fetlock which will require veterinary treatment and a spell.
Accordingly, Cable Express has been scratched from the Country Championships Final to be conducted at Royal Randwick on 5 April 2025.
SASS ‘N’ CHEEK, which finished 3rd in the SERA Qualifying Heat, now gains a start in the Country Championships Final. Pat Murphy, trainer of Sass ‘N’ Cheek, has confirmed with Racing NSW that Sass ‘N’ Cheek will take its place in the final.
Wagering Operators are requested to remove Cable Express from the betting market for the Country Championships Final.
