Apprentice Jockey Akira Kajiya Resuming At Bombala (Saturday)

Please note Canberra apprentice jockey Akira Kajiya will resume race riding at Bombala on Saturday (20th October).

Kajiya injured his knee in a spectacular incident at Cowra late last season where he lost both his riding irons, but still won the race on It’s Business Time.

The Japanese apprentice is indentured to Matthew Dale and can claim 3kg.
