Warwick Farm trainer Bjorn Baker's promising filly Wolf Queen will lead a seven-horse team heading to Orange races this Friday.
Wolf Queen was narrowly beaten on debut at Mudgee when an odds-on favourite but has since atoned with an impressive Gosford win just before Christmas.
The Tivaci filly is entered for the Kennards Orange Class 1 (1000m), with other Baker-trained gallopers nominated including Cinque Torri, Deel With Me, Rupertson, Da Nang Star, Winnsom and Divine Crescent.
Friday is themed Kennards Hire Family fun day with a stack of activities planned for kids including a jumping castle, lawn games and lolly bags.
"Adults can come and enjoy a full eight-race TAB meeting with bar facilities," said Bree McMinn, Racing Orange's General Manager.
"The track is in superb condition and we have such a picturesque venue given the shade of the old oak trees scattered throughout the front and back lawn areas.
"Even if the day is a bit warm there are plenty of areas to relax out of the sun.
"And patrons are welcome to bring a picnic lunch (just no alcohol), but we will also have a BBQ and pizza vendor and our usual coffee van."
